EPICENTER

EPICENTER is the first Black history walking tour that takes place in New York City Hall. This story describes the connections between the origins of New York City and the Black experience. EPICENTER demonstrates how people of African descent have contributed ideas, culture, and labor that has helped define New York City. EPICENTER premiered as a walk in 2018 and will be a short film series that will be released in 2023. Both were commissioned by the New York City Public Design Commission. Please note: This walk is available for 20 persons max.
